RSS Use Policy for Web Digest for Marketers
By accessing Web Digest for Marketers’ (WDFM) RSS feeds, you are consenting to be bound by the following terms and conditions which govern your use of the RSS feeds. These terms and conditions may be modified from time to time; the most recent revisions will appear on this page. Continued access to the RSS feeds by you will constitute your acceptance of any changes or revisions to these terms and conditions.
- You will use the RSS feeds only for non-commercial purposes. Any use will be accompanied by proper attribution to WDFM as the source
- You may not edit or modify the text, content, or links supplied in the RSS feeds
- You may not frame or otherwise control the browser window
- You will only use the RSS content with those platforms from which a functional link is made available that, when accessed, takes the viewer directly to the display of the full article
- You may not display the RSS content in a manner that does not permit successful linking to, redirection to or delivery of the applicable WDFM web page.
- You may not insert any intermediate page, splash page or other content between the RSS link and the applicable WDFM web page
- You will add no content, including any advertisements or other promotional content, may to the RSS feeds
The RSS feeds are protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. WDFM retains all ownership and other rights in the RSS feeds, including all rights under copyright.
Failure to follow these terms and conditions may result in termination of your access to the RSS feeds, without notice, in addition to our other remedies. WDFM also reserves the right to discontinue the RSS feeds, or change the content or formatting of the RSS feeds, at any time without notice to you, and to require the immediate cessation of any specific use of the RSS feeds.
WDFM provides the RSS Service “as is” and shall not be held liable for your use of the information, content, or material contained therein.
