These pages can easily be categorized, updated, and highlighted, and the URLs are constantly checked for dead links.

While LinksManager does not search for link partners per se, the company does offer a no-cost directory of quality sites that are keen to trade reciprocal links called LinkPartners, which is fully integrated with the LinksManager system. In the test run for this review, LinkPartners certainly returned some quality sites that would be of interest in a linking campaign. LinksManager offers an initial 30-day trial period after which you pay a monthly fee of $19.95(US). All link swaps generated through the system are manually initiated and approved by humans one link at a time.

Marketleap

Marketleap's Link Popularity Check tool simultaneously measures your link popularity across five search engines (AlltheWeb, AltaVista, Google, HotBot and MSN). You can also check up to three competitors at the same time and benchmark your performances against a sample of sites in over 30 different categories. Results are presented in an attractive, color-coded chart with link popularity classifications ranging from Limited Presence (under 1,000) to 900 lb Gorilla (500,000 and up).

You'll find two other useful tools on the site. Search Engine Saturation measures the number of pages a given search engine has in its index for your website domain, and Keyword Verification checks to see if your site is in the top three pages of a search engine result for a specific keyword.
